Natural and cheap detox methods

  • Cilantro and coriander.  These plants are for detoxification, because fresh cilantro and coriander seeds are inexpensive and widely available.  
  • Parsley.  This herb supports the kidneys, keep away kidney stones and kidney swelling and helps very well in the healing of urinary tract infections.
A healthy diet is indispensable if you want to keep the body clean, because a shortage of healthy minerals will work like a magnet for heavy metals.  A healthy diet consists mainly of natural, unprocessed, organic food.  Try to eat more raw vegetables and products such as tempeh and sauerkraut, which are rich in healthy minerals.  Also make sure that you take in enough healthy omega-3 fatty acids.
